On the afternoon of October 24, 2025, at Campus 1 (Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai Province), the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation welcomed and held a working session with a delegation of representatives from Mongolian colleges and renewable energy enterprises.
The visit not only strengthened the friendly relationship between the two sides but also provided a valuable opportunity to exchange and learn from each other’s experiences to enhance the quality of vocational education.
The Mongolian delegation consisted of 21 members, including experienced lecturers from two leading colleges and representatives from companies operating in the renewable energy sector.
The participation of Mongolian enterprises demonstrated strong interest in the cooperation model between vocational education institutions and the labor market.
On the side of the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation, the reception was attended by Rector Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Rector Le Minh Nguyet, and heads of departments and academic faculties.

The primary purpose of the visit was to exchange and learn from practical experiences in implementing training programs, with a focus on core elements that determine the quality of human resources:
Training Methods:
Sharing advanced teaching models that emphasize applicability and hands-on practice.
School–Enterprise Cooperation Mechanisms:
Discussing effective policies and mechanisms that closely link the college’s training activities with the recruitment needs and real technological environments of private enterprises.
Involvement of Enterprise Trainers:
Drawing lessons on engaging industry experts and engineers to directly guide practical training and deliver on-site instruction to students both at the college and within actual production settings.
The Mongolian delegation also toured modern facilities and practical training workshops in various disciplines currently supported for development, gaining a direct and comprehensive view of the College’s real-world training processes.

During the working session, Rector Nguyen Van Chuong provided an overview of the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation, with a particular emphasis on the achievements and development strategies of the High-Quality Green Technical Education and Vocational Training Center Project.
This flagship initiative aims to develop a high-quality and sustainable workforce in line with global trends in renewable energy and green technologies.
The two sides then engaged in an in-depth exchange of experience, focusing on the outcomes of previously implemented cooperation projects.
They openly discussed practical lessons learned in designing training programs based on enterprise demand, operating partnership agreements, and evaluating the involvement of industry experts in vocational training.
The visit and working session of the Mongolian colleges and enterprises at the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation concluded successfully, opening up numerous opportunities for future cooperation.
This was not merely a routine educational exchange activity, but a clear demonstration of the strategic importance of learning from international experiences—particularly in building a strong, flexible, and adaptable vocational training model capable of responding swiftly to the rapid changes of technology and labor markets.
The success of the meeting forms a solid foundation for the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation and its Mongolian partners to promote more concrete cooperation programs in the future, contributing to the enhancement of vocational education quality in both countries and advancing the shared goal of developing a highly skilled workforce ready for global integration.
