Functions – Tasks

– The functions, tasks, and powers of the College are implemented in accordance with the provisions of law and Decision No. 4317/QĐ-BNN-TCCB dated October 26, 2017 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Vocational College of Machinery and Irrigation.

– The College operates under the Law on Vocational Education No. 74/2014/QH13 issued by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on November 27, 2014 (effective from July 1, 2015); the Charter of Colleges promulgated in Circular No. 46/2016/TT-BLĐTBXH dated December 28, 2016 of the Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs; the Regulations on Organization and Operation of the College; and other relevant legal documents.
